Chairman
Ivan Sini is the president commisioner of BMHS and CEO of Morula Indonesia.
His area of expertises are advanced infertility treatment such as IVF and laparoscopy, and robotic surgery.

Prof. Arief Boediono, DVM, PhD, PAVet (K).
Board Member
Prof Arief is a Japanese trained embryologist in reproductive medicine both in human and animals.
His area of expertises are in vitro and in vivo embryo production, embryo engineering, and embryo cryopreservation.

Dr. Arie Polim, M. BHRE. D.MAS, SpOG (K).
Board Member
Arie Polim is an obstetrician gynaecologist with vast experience in women’s health.
He subspecializes in assisted reproductive technology. He is a master of reproductive and embryologist, and also a robotic laparoscopic surgeon.

Dr Nining Handayani, MBiomed
Head of Research
Dr Nining is a clinical embryologist and reproductive medicine researcher with expertise in assisted reproductive technologies, omics, and AI-assisted fertility.
With over 30 peer-reviewed publications, a Scopus h-index of 7, count of 164, and a Google Scholar citation count of 155, she works on research projects that reflect both academic impact and translational relevance, advancing the frontiers of non-invasive diagnostics and personalised IVF care.

Alexandra K Loedin, MSc
Medical Writer
Alexandra is a biomedical scientist working as a Scientific Writer, with a background in oncology, molecular biology, and public health. She holds an MSc by Research in Oncology from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Honours) from Amsterdam University College.
She brings expertise in scientific communication and strategic research development, with a focus on improving healthcare access and innovation in Southeast Asia.

Estya N Meitavany, MD, MSc
R&D Specialist
Estya graduated from the Healthcare Technologies MSc at the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences, King’s College London. She is experienced in tissue engineering and focuses on medical 3D Printing and translational research of medical devices.

M Fauzan Avidiansyah, BSc
Computer Scientist
Fauzan is a computer scientist specialising in artificial intelligence solutions for IVF and fertility care.
He develops advanced AI models that assist fertility clinics in making informed decisions, including clinical pregnancy prediction, embryo ploidy classification, and automated embryo development analysis through object detection.

Biostastitician
Tri Aprilliana is a statistician with expertise in data analysis, study design, and statistical methodology. She specialises in ensuring the accuracy and validity of statistical procedures in clinical and health research.
Her expertise ensures that data-driven insights are accurate, valid, and meaningful for clinical and research decision-making.

Vina A Isti, MSc
Pre-Clinical and Clinical Trial Unit Head
Vina is a scientist with experience in overseeing clinical trials to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice, protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
The therapeutic areas of the studies include reproductive medicine and vaccine development. She has an academic background in Biology and Molecular Biology.

Research Nursing Coordinator
Fitri is a research nursing coordinator with strong expertise in clinical research and patient-centred care. She specialises in coordinating research protocols, ensuring ethical compliance, and supporting data integrity throughout the study process.
